Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is presented

The item is in its original condition

The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

All original tags and packaging are intact

Please note: For hygiene reasons, hats cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided for faulty items.

If an item is deemed faulty, we will offer a refund, exchange, or replacement in accordance with consumer protection guidelines.

To qualify for a refund due to fault:

The item must be returned with proof of purchase

The item must be in its original, unworn condition.

Important Notes

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Hats cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.

For any returns or exchanges, please visit our store with your receipt and the item in its original condition.
